Hope House Northern Colorado empowers teen moms to pursue personal and economic self-sufficiency and to recognize their value in God’s sight, helping create a healthy future for both mother and child. We love partnering with Hope House because they support young moms in building confidence across all areas of life, including faith, finances, parenting, and healthy relationships.
Habitat for Humanity seeks to put God’s love into action by bringing people together to build homes, communities, and hope. We appreciate the way that Habitat for Humanity empowers those who are struggling with housing and gives them a dignified and attainable path to home ownership.
The Food Bank for Larimer County believes no one should go hungry. As the county’s only Feeding America–affiliated food bank, they work to provide food, dignity, and hope to individuals and families in need. We value their commitment to meeting immediate needs while strengthening the health and stability of the broader community.
SERVE 6.8 exists to equip and mobilize the local church to care for people throughout Northern Colorado.
